Tarquinui

Crystalline growths mark this district with a rare material that grows naturally over time at an accelerated rate. Able to be refined into fine quartz, the Tarquinui Crystal by which this district gets its name grows at a constant rate based on exposed surface area so long as there is at least 100 kg of starting material. The people have built an industry of mining and refining the crystals that grow much like a logger would with trees. Though with the Red Tally these crystals threaten to swallow the city as a whole.
